Introducing the TB12Day Recovery Challenge!

On Sunday, September 13th, Tom will begin his 21st season of football in the NFL, and his first in Tampa Bay. Through his unwavering dedication to recovery, and his consistent habits centered around routine, he has been able to perform at his absolute best both on and off the field. 

Over the next 12 days, follow along with us as we challenge YOU to incorporate five simple tips into your daily routine to help you maximize your recovery and feel your best!

01

Drink one glass of water when you first wake up, and commit to drinking 1/2 your bodyweight in water every day

Foam roll for at least 12 minutes each day

03

Move every single day for 30-60 minutes

04

Power down any electronics at least 1 hour before bed for a restful night of sleep and recovery

05

Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, and commit to a minimum of 8 hours each night
