Our Healthy Non-Perishable Grocery List

With people worldwide in a state of “self-isolation” due to the current COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak, it’s more important than ever to be thoughtful and prepared when shopping for groceries. While many people are buying weeks worth of groceries in an effort to avoid repeat trips to the grocery store, it often seems easiest to stock up on unhealthy snacks and frozen meals.

We understand that it can be difficult to shop for healthy non-perishable and frozen foods, so TB12 Dietitian Tiffany Chag put together a list of frozen and non-perishable foods that she recommends for anyone looking to maintain their healthy eating during these uncertain times.
