Recipe: Almond Avocado Smoothie

It’s time to go green!

Avocado and hemp seeds are rich in essential fatty acids. Bananas and spinach provide an excellent source of vitamins and minerals while almond milk and butter add a sweet, nutty flavor. Add in one scoop of TB12 protein and this smoothie is a great way to start your day off right.

INGREDIENTS:                               

  • 1 avocado, peeled and seed removed
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 large Banana
  • 1 large handful spinach
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 scoop TB12™ Protein
  • 1 cup ice

TOOLS:

  • Blender

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Serve right away. Enjoy!
