Recipe: Banana Almond Flax Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 medium banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp almond butter
  • 1 Tbsp flaxseed meal
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 scoop TB12™ Protein
  • 1 cup ice
