Blackberries are an excellent source of fiber, vitamin C, and antioxidants, power-packing this smoothie with anti-inflammatory properties to help you recover faster and keep going all day long!
- 1 Cup Blackberries
- 1 Sliced Apple
- 1 Handful of Spinach
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 Scoop TB12 Plant-Based Protein: Vanilla
