Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon raw maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons peppermint extract
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
  • 1 scoop TB12™ Protein
  • 1 cup ice
