Recipe: Chocolate Peppermint Protein Smoothie
This chocolate peppermint protein smoothie is a sweet and minty way to treat yourself this winter while still adding healthy greens into your diet. It’s a creamy, chocolaty smoothie that’s also high in fiber and healthy fats, so you can enjoy it from breakfast to dessert and anytime in between.
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 avocado
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon raw maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons peppermint extract
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
- 1 scoop TB12™ Protein
- 1 cup ice
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Serve right away and enjoy!
