Recipe: Cranberry Spice Smoothie

- 1 Cup Cranberries
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1 Teaspoon Coconut Oil
- ½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- ½ Teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 Scoop TB12 Whey Protein Isolate
