The fitness and wellness organization co-founded by Tom Brady, TB12, announced today the launch of the TB12 Method mobile application, offering a roadmap to the TB12 Method and lifestyle. The app is a resource to help users build positive daily habits that lead to greater health, well-being, and vitality in their lives and which serves as a complement and deeper dive into the concepts introduced in Tom Brady’s #1 New York Times best-seller, The TB12 Method: How to Achieve a Lifetime of Sustained Peak Performance. These core TB12 Method principles and cutting-edge concepts incorporate athletic preparation, hydration, nutrition, and rest and cognitive fitness.

Founded by five-time Super Bowl champion and New England Patriots’ quarterback Tom Brady and his body coach Alex Guerrero, the TB12 Method is a more natural, holistic and comprehensive training approach that focuses on muscle pliability, creating softer, longer and more resilient muscles, which not only help protect the body against injury and accelerate post-injury recovery, but allow for greater and more sustained performance during exercise, training, and competition.

The TB12 app makes Brady’s regimen and training method more accessible to every kind of athlete — from those rediscovering their passion for sports and athletics to the trained professional. Designed for ease of use, the app showcases TB12 workouts and muscle pliability exercises, and information about TB12’s approach to hydration, nutrition, and how to accelerate recovery.

Users of the TB12 app will access content through three categories:

 

  • Discover: A frequently-updated stream of information and updates from the TB12 team across all TB12 Method focus areas, including muscle pliability, workouts, hydration, nutrition, and cognitive training.
  • Content Library: The hub of all TB12 Method resources, including exercise videos, wellness tips, recipes, and more.
  • My TB12 Plan: A customized pliability and workout plan designed around the user’s sport, equipment, and preferences (available to premium subscribers only).

The TB12 Method app is available for free download on iOS devices in the Apple App Store starting today. The app offers a 1-week free trial of the TB12 premium subscription (which includes additional exercises and personalization). After the 1-week free trial, the premium subscription is available for $19.99 a month or $199.99 for the full year.
