Brain Boosting Smoothie Recipe

Start your day off right by giving your brain the nutrients needed for optimal performance. Packed full of ingredients that have been shown to support cognitive function, this smoothie is a great combination of micronutrients and protein to support the body and mind.  

Drink up and get after it. 

Servings: 2

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • ½ cup frozen raspberries

  • 1 small ripe banana

  • ¼  piece of an avocado

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 4 to 6 walnuts

  • ¼  cup packed spinach

  • ¼  teaspoon turmeric powder

  • 1½  cups milk of choice or coconut water

  • 1 scoop TB12 Vanilla Plant-based protein

  • Optional boosts: lion’s mane mushroom powder


Instructions: Place all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth.
