She first came to TB12 in the Spring of 2018 with chronic foot pain that limited her ability to live the active life she was used to. Ginny loves cycling, running, and hiking, but had to put her favorite activities on hold while she dealt with chronic pain – that is, until TB12 helped her get back in the game.
“My favorite part of coming to the TB12 Center is knowing that knowledgeable, committed, passionate individuals will be working with me to achieve my personal performance goals,” says Ginny. “I find it to be an extremely motivating environment, even for someone like me!”
Ginny made progress quickly in her first few sessions and soon found the TB12 Method to be a real difference maker in her life. She was able to move past her chronic pain and begin to set new goals – including getting functionally stronger and reducing the load on her feet to help prevent future injuries from hiking and running.

Since experiencing such great results from her initial sessions at our TB12 Center in Foxboro, Ginny soon committed to doing 4 or 5 TB12 training sessions a week — either with a Body Coach at the TB12 Center, or at home!
“The TB12 Method has not only allowed me to increase my physical activity, but truly build a stronger, healthier body,” says Ginny. “To me, this means getting back to enjoying the activities I love, while remaining injury-free.”
