Tom’s meticulous approach to everything he does to prepare his mind and body for success on the field is legendary, so we decided to peel back the curtain and show you what a day in Tom’s life looks like. From the food he eats to the intensity of his training and the supplements that fuel him, you’ll get an inside look at how Tom pushes the limits in order to perform and recover at his best.
6:00 am: Tom wakes up and starts his day with 20 oz of water infused with TB12 Electrolytes – Lemon flavored, of course!
6:30 am: Tom takes TB12 Perform to help him lock in and perform at his best throughout the long day ahead
7:00 am: Tom drinks his favorite nutrient-rich blueberry banana smoothie, loaded with TB12 Protein, seeds, and nuts.
7:30 am: Tom works through his pre-workout pliability session to activate key muscles before training
8:00-10:00 am: Functional strength & conditioning workout, with consistent hydration throughout
10:00-10:30 am: Post-workout pliability to accelerate muscle recovery

3:00 pm: Tom hits the field for a long afternoon of practice with his Bucs teammates
3:00-5:00 pm: Consistent hydration throughout practice – that Tampa sun is HOT!
5:00 pm: Practice wraps up, and recovery begins
5:15 pm: Time for a post-practice recovery boost – this time it’s another protein shake with TB12 Chocolate Plant-Based Protein and almond milk and electrolytes
5:30 pm: Post-workout pliability session
6:00 pm: Dinner! Tom’s dinners are always nutrient-dense, and you’ll always find his dinner plate loaded with a diverse offering of veggies. He doesn’t drink tea, but will often drink a cup of bone broth with dinner.
8:00 pm: Tom likes to help his body recover after a long day by using his Vibrating Pliability Roller and Sphere to roll through any sore or tight areas of his body. He’ll flush through each muscle group for 20 to 30 seconds to help maintain pliability and speed up his recovery.

9:00 pm: Bedtime! Sleep is crucial to Tom, so he turns to TB12 Sleep to ensure that he gets the deep, restful sleep he needs every night. Tom makes it a priority to get at least 8 hours of sleep every night.
