We are excited to announce that the TB12 Virtual Golf Program is back and better than ever in 2021! Similar to our in-person Golf Performance Program, our Body Coaches will design individualized virtual sessions focused on pliability, functional strength & conditioning, and recover – all personalized for you and your goals.
In addition to a comprehensive golf mobility swing analysis, you will also receive three 30-minute virtual sessions to be completed over the course of the program, along with access to our TB12 Academy Virtual Golf Program. This is a 3 week swing program brought to you by our expert Body Coaches who have experience working with Majors Champions, elite professional golfers, and amateurs of all ages.
The Virtual Golf Program will get you ready to perform your best on the course and provide you with everything you need to know about the TB12 lifestyle.

01 A Comprehensive Swing Mobility Analysis:
Our expert TB12 Body Coaches will review your swing and evaluate your mobility in three key areas – hip mobility, spine mobility, and posture. Our TB12 Body Coaches are experts at identifying the physiological limitations that prevent golfers from reaching their full potential on the course.
02 Three 30-Minute Virtual Sessions:
Each virtual session is conducted one-on-one with a Body Coach who will put you through golf-specific functional exercises designed to help you accelerate your swing speed, increase your power & precision, and play longer without aches or pains.
03 Access to Our Online Golf Training Program:
This six-week online program is part of our robust TB12 Academy platform, and will guide you through golf-specific drills and functional exercises designed to help you prepare for a stronger return to golf.
