I love this bottle. It’s amazing.
I went on a trip with my friend. I put a ice drink in it and forgot it out in the sun for almost 4 hours. When I came back I was expecting my drink to be boiling. But no my drink was still cold and the ice hasn’t melted. And oh yeah i almost forgot. Great customer service with TB12 they kept sending me emails weekly letting me know where my order was and what’s happening. When the mail carrier lost my order I didn’t have to call or email someone regarding the problem TB12 email’s me saying sorry your order has been lost. We’re going to send you another one express shipping free of charge.
TB isn’t only a great player but also a great businessman. This isn’t the first time i bye something from the TB12 store and it sure won’t be the last time. IMO TB12 customer service is better than Amazon
