Wow- a book everyone can use and understand

This book makes so much sense. It is easily understood and as a mildly disabled 55 year old, is working for me. It was the missing piece to my functionality for daily living and even improving areas. The photos and concise explanations through the book enhance and do not detract from the content. The introduction and science behind this program makes sense (as a research geek with a 20 year old masters in health and continued research) and well explained. I appreciate the nutrition and clarification of supplements completes the picture. I am excited about the journey ahead.
