Meet The Body Coaches

James Castrello

James Castrello is a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and has been a TB12 Body Coach since July 2014. He is from Lynn, Massachusetts, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Southern Maine and a Master of Science in Applied Nutrition with a concentration in Sports and Performance from Northeastern University. He is the Head Body Coach at The TB12 Center in Foxboro, MA. 

Matt Denning

Matt Denning is a Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and has been a TB12 Body Coach since May 2016. He is from Weare, New Hampshire, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Exercise Science and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of New England. His favorite athlete is Jim Kelly because of his perseverance through so many difficult times, both on-and-off-the-field.

Amy Fuller

Amy Fuller is a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) and has been a TB12 Body Coach since September 2018. She is from Ashburnham, Massachusetts, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Salem State University and Master of Science in Health Studies from Portland State University. She grew up playing hockey, and her favorite player is Zdeno Chára.

Brendan Curtin

Brendan Curtin is a Licensed Athletic Trainer (LAT), Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), and has been a TB12 Body Coach since September 2018. He is from Norton, Massachusetts, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Plymouth State University and a Master of Science in Sports Leadership from Mercyhurst University. His favorite professional experience was volunteering at the finish line for the Boston Marathon in 2014.

Bryan Hart

Bryan Hart is a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), Licensed Athletic Trainer (LAT), and has been a TB12 Body Coach since July 2015. He is from Dover, New Hampshire, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the University of New England and a Master of Science in Athletic Training with a concentration in Higher Education from Plymouth State University. In high school, he was voted class clown and loves being outside in the wilderness — whether it’s fishing, hiking, or sitting by a fire.

Christian Boucher

Christian Boucher is a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), and has been a TB12 Body Coach since August 2017. He is from Dover, New Hampshire, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the University of New Hampshire and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of New England. Outside of TB12, he enjoys snowboarding, boating, hiking, and hanging out at the beach.

Chuck Gilman

Chuck Gilman is a Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) and has been a TB12 Body Coach since September 2018. He is from Franklin, Massachusetts, and received a Bachelor of Science in Interdepartmental of Sciences and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from American International College. In the past eight years, he has taught courses in manual therapy techniques, pain management, sports rehab, chronic pain, and functional movement.

David Merson

David Merson is a Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), and has been a TB12 Body Coach since June 2014. He is from Peabody, Massachusetts, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Boston University. He has more than 21 years of experience working for the New England Revolution of Major League Soccer and is a contributing writer for Figure Skater Fitness Magazine.

Deven Alves

Deven Alves is a Master of Science (M.S.) in Kinesiology has been a TB12 Body Coach since July 2017. He is from Pepperell, Massachusetts, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Southern Maine and a Master of Science in Kinesiology from the A.T. Still University. Outside of TB12, he plays ice hockey, golf, guitar, and does mixed martial arts.

Joe Koudelka

Joe Koudelka is a Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) and has been a TB12 Body Coach since July 2017. He is from Cumberland, Rhode Island, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Connecticut. Outside of The TB12 Center, he enjoys playing sports and being involved in youth ministry.

Jordan Lowry

Jordan Lowry is a Licensed Athletic Trainer (LAT), Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), and has been a TB12 Body Coach since May 2016. He is from Highland, Utah, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Brigham Young University. In college, he played Wing for BYU Men’s Rugby and is one of only two players who has played in five and won five USA College Rugby National Championships. 

Paul Hagerty

Paul Hagerty is a Licensed Acupuncturist (LAC), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and has been a TB12 Body Coach since November 2016. He is from Canton, Massachusetts, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Merrimack College and a Master of Acupuncture from the New England School of Acupuncture. He played lacrosse during his time at Merrimack College and currently loves to ski.

Rebecca Coutts

Rebecca Coutts is a Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) and has been a TB12 Body Coach since September 2018. She is from Methuen, Massachusetts, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Biology and Physiological Science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of St. Augustine in San Diego, California. She enjoys doing anything active — especially hiking with her husband and her dog.

Shawn Cameron

Shawn Cameron is a Licensed Athletic Trainer (LAT), Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), Performance Enhancement Specialist (NASM-PES), and a TB12 Body Coach since September 2018. He is from Boston, Massachusetts, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and Minor in Sports Physiology from Plymouth State University and a Master of Science in Athletic Training from Ohio University. He previously served as the Head Men’s Basketball Athletic Trainer at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, for eight seasons.
