Ingredients:

  • ½ tbsp hemp seeds
  • ½ tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tbsp flax seeds, ground
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 scoop TB12™ Protein
  • 1 cup frozen organic blueberries
  • 1 banana, medium-sized
  • ¼ cup rice milk
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup hemp milk

Tools:

  • Blender
  • Knife (optional)

Directions:

  1. Chop or break the ends off of the banana.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend to desired consistency.
  3. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to two days.
