Tom’s Special Smoothie – Thank You

- ½ tbsp hemp seeds
- ½ tbsp chia seeds
- ½ tbsp flax seeds, ground
- 1 handful of walnuts
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 scoop TB12™ Protein
- 1 cup frozen organic blueberries
- 1 banana, medium-sized
- ¼ cup rice milk
- ¼ cup almond milk
- ¼ cup hemp milk
- Knife (optional)
- Chop or break the ends off of the banana.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend to desired consistency.
- Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to two days.
