  • 2/3 cup fresh orange or orange juice
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 pinch fresh turmeric
  • 1/3 cup coconut meat
  • 1 peeled lemon wedge

  • 1-1/2 cups raw coconut water or coconut milk
