Red, White, & Blue Summer Smoothie Bowl

Fuel up and cool down with this July 4th weekend with our very berry red, white, and blue smoothie!

Delicious, antioxidant-packed blueberries and raspberries help your body fight free-radicals. At the same time, our go-to plant-based protein provides the nutrients you need to enjoy your weekend to the fullest!

Tools needed: Blender

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen Blueberries
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 2/3 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 scoop TB12 Plant-Based Protein: Vanilla
  • As a garnish: 1/4 cup raspberries, 1/4 cup shredded coconut, 1/4 cup blueberries
COMBINE: Combine all ingredients in a blender until thickly blended together. Serve in a bowl and garnish with raspberries, shredded coconut, and blueberries, then enjoy!
