It's your lucky day because we're here with another delicious TB12 smoothie! This nutrient-dense recipe is a great way to get more greens into your routine. It's packed with fruits & vegetables, plant-based protein, and even spirulina  a supplement loaded with nutrients and anti-inflammatory properties.
  • 1 tsp spirulina 
  • 1/4 cup avocado
  • 1/2 cup kale
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1 scoop TB12 Vanilla Plant Based Protein 
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup frozen banana
  • 1 1/4 cup almond or oat milk
  • Ice

Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth, and enjoy!
