Modeled after the same resistance band and bodyweight exercises that Tom does, this convenient, at-home workout incorporates dynamic movements and functional exercises to strengthen your core and give you a great cardio burn.
Complete the full circuit of functional exercises shown in the video below in order, then rest and repeat the circuit twice more. Focus on your form as much as possible as your learn the movements, then progress the exercises by increasing your speed as you become more comfortable – always maintain proper form though!
Resistance bands allow for a fast, fluid range of motion through movements like these, and we recommend beginning with lighter resistance as you learn the form and progress these movements.
