- 1 large Frozen Banana
- 1/2 cup Shredded Carrot
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1 pinch of Nutmeg
- 3/4 cups Almond Milk
- 1 scoop Vanilla Plant-Based Protein
