Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 Large Egg White
- 1 1/2 Cups Oat Flour
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Sugar
- 2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/3 cup Plain Greek Yogurt (or non-dairy equivalent)
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1 scoop TB12 Mixed Berry Plant-Based Protein
- 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine ingredients in mixing bowl, folding in fresh blueberries last. Spray cups of muffin tin with coconut oil or cupcake tins and fill each cup 3/4 full with batter. Bake for 20 minutes and enjoy!
