- 1/2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tbsp flax seeds, ground
- 1 handful of walnuts
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 scoop TB12 Vanilla Plant Based Protein OR TB12 Native Whey
- 1 cup frozen organic blueberries
- 1 banana, medium-sized
- 3/4 cup oat milk
