Turmeric is anti-inflammatory and has been shown to prevent inflammation by blocking the activation of genes that cause an inflammatory response in the body. Adding TB12 Plant-Based protein to your smoothie allows you to recover quicker so you can take home the gold, olympian or not.
Here's what you need:
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 scoop TB12 Vanilla Plant-Based Protein
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground turmeric
- ½ cup mango
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- 1 handful of ice
