Serves: 2

Total Time: 27 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons of reduced-sodium soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut three slits across the top of each of the chicken breasts.

  2. Combine olive oil, reduced-sodium soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper in one small bowl. Stir to ensure combination. Pour half into a second small bowl.

  3. Generously brush both sides of the chicken with the contents of the first small bowl.

  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat

  5. Grill chicken until cooked all the way through. An eight-ounce chicken breast takes about 6 minutes per side.
