      Cookies and cream is good but a lot of ingredients. But in the chocolate one there is less and it tastes better

      I have been drinking 2 chocolate TB 12 shakes a day for about 8 months and trying to eat a more balanced diet to reduce inflammation as well. I have lost 20 pounds, head out on my mountain bike for 2 to 3 vigorous rides a week and have added a few of Tommy’s supplements to the daily routine, I am a few months away from 60 and have never felt better! I mix the protein with frozen blueberries, chia and hemp seeds, bananas and sometimes mix in a little elderberry juice to spice it up a bit. I would highly recommend this plant based protein if you are looking for a clean, lean protein supplement! It works extremely well when combined with a healthy, sensible diet.
