Not quite the same!

Mystery to me why I bought the wire and neglected to secure an actual roller! Blurs by easily in memory— for certain, too many things top of mind. Geez!! 😂
As for growth and learning— Yes, I can bow with the best (wrists to heels!) But the other transverse/saggital/horizontal planes & angles def require a plan of action to make gains. The wire is like a bet— live those pliability gains out loud being more adventurous, in a thoughtful conscientious way!
