Getting app cancellations without notice

I wrote a couple of days ago showing a screenshot that my subscription would be cancelled to the TB12 app if I didn't use it within 3 days.
I have been, daily.
It said to contact the developer of I HAD been using it and it was an error.

Today i was informed my subscription WAS canceled due to not using it. I literally used it this morning and had planned on completing the free trial and then signing up for the paid version.
But if it isn't registering that im using it and its going to get cancelled then im not sure what to do? I don't want to pay for it and not have access.... wish someone would reach back out because everything else I LOVE! The supplements, the videos, everything.
