Celebrate in style the TB12 way – with a delicious, protein-rich smoothie! This birthday cake in a blender combines some unexpected ingredients, including a personal favorite of Tom’s – avocado – as well as our flavorful Vanilla Plant-Based Protein. It tastes great as-is, or you can have a little fun and garnish it with coconut whipped cream and some vegan sprinkles if you’re looking for a more authentic cake flavor.

INGREDIENTS

  • 10 oz pea milk
  • 2 oz of ice cubes
  • 3/4 cup (106 g) of banana
  • 1/4 cup (37 g) avocado
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 scoop TB12 Vanilla Plant-Based Protein
  • Topped with coconut whipped cream (optional)
  • Vegan sprinkles (optional)
