Add a tropical twist to your smoothie glass!

We worked with our TB12 Nutritionist to put together a refreshing spring-time smoothie with strong immune-supporting ingredients. This delicious smoothie is packed with fiber, antioxidants, zinc, and one of our favorite nutrient-rich snacks — pumpkin seeds!

This 100% plant-based smoothie packs an immune health punch, with the pumpkin seeds providing a healthy dose of zinc, while the mango and pineapple add fiber and Vitamin C. Our TB12™ Plant-Based Protein kicks things up with natural vanilla and 24 grams of protein.

Not included: sandy beaches.
