Here at TB12, apples are one of our fall favorites, and we’re excited to bring you a recovery-boosting twist on a classic fall recipe. Our new Apple Crisp Smoothie Bowl! Blueberries and apple provide a splash of seasonal flavor, while our Vanilla Plant-Based Protein gives you all the protein your body needs to rebuild and recover after a tough workout. Garnish your bowl with a few dashes of cinnamon, a fresh sliced apple, and walnuts to really bring the fall flavor!
Here’s the recipe:
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 large chopped apple, chopped. Blend all but a few small pieces to use as garnish. Peel the apple before blending if you want.
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 scoop of Vanilla TB12 Plant-Based Protein
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1/2 cup of ice
- 1/2 cup oat milk
