TB12 Handle Resistance Bands help build total body strength for the athlete looking to build sport-specific movement such as throwing or swinging. The band you choose for your workout depends on your size, strength, level of athleticism, and experience. Light, Medium, Heavy and X-Heavy Bands are great for shoulder, arm, and core workouts. Before standing, maintain correct form - knees over feet, hips over knees, and core engaged. Adjust easily as needed, and build up to increase strength and stamina over time.
