This Spring, we are once again offering a program designed specifically for golfers. Participants will meet weekly for 8 weeks at all of our TB12 locations – including our Performance & Recovery Centers in Boston, Foxboro, and Tampa, as well as partner sites at Equinox, Vincera Institute, and Hospital for Special Services – for individualized sessions focused on pliability, functional strength & conditioning, and recovery.
These sessions will be run by our expert TB12 Body Coaches, whose experience with golfers includes working with Major Champions, elite professional golfers, and amateurs of all ages.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
A 90-Minute Initial Evaluation
We will analyze the speed & mobility of your golf swing as well as your overall functional movement in order to establish a baseline for improvement.
Six 60-Minute Sessions
Each session is made up of golf-specific functional exercises and one-on-one deep-force muscle pliability work designed to help you accelerate your swing speed, increase your power & precision, and play longer without any aches or pains.

The Eighth and Final Session
The last session will include a comprehensive evaluation of your progress, including another analysis of your swing and mobility to evaluate how much you’ve improved and help inform your future programming.

1. Unlock better swing mechanics by improving your hip and spine mobility
2. Find more balance in your swing by improving your core and glute stability
3. Increase your clubhead speed through improved swing mechanics and increased rotational power
4. Feel more energized on the course through improved conditioning
