As an athlete growing up, TB12 Body Coach Becca is no stranger to pain and injuries. Since high school, Becca has always had an interest in biomechanics and anatomy which led her to pursue a degree in physical therapy and ultimately become a Body Coach at TB12.
Becca prides herself on being able to help anyone who walks through her door. Powered by TB12’s holistic approach to health and wellness, Becca works tirelessly to help her clients heal from their injuries and get back to doing what they love—fast.
One of Becca’s proudest accomplishments as a Body Coach has been working with her client Deb. Deb came to TB12 with severe bilateral knee arthritis. Simple day-to-day tasks, such as bending down to tie her shoes, were painful and challenging for Deb.
Becca developed a customized plan for Deb—incorporating hands-on tissue work to treat the muscles around the joint and pairing those with functional exercises to help Deb build strength and stability. Within just a handful of sessions, Deb could move with more freedom and less pain.
Working together, both in-person and virtually during the pandemic, Becca helped Deb build the strength to again pursue the activities she loves—like running, biking, swimming, and hiking.
Longevity is important to Becca and TB12. So Becca suggested that Deb read The TB12 Method to dive deeper into tenets of the method like hydration, nutrition, and pliability. As Deb immersed herself in the method, her progress accelerated and she gained confidence in her ability to recover and come back stronger.
Becca helped Deb overcome her pain and stay pain-free. Deb’s journey inspires Becca and other Body Coaches to instill hopefulness in their clients and trust the process. Hope and hard work is the winning combo for Deb—and it can be for you too.
